Terms of Service

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply to Sowloud, a content planning and publishing tool operated by Decision Management Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17167995) with its registered address at 126 Wellesley Road, London, W4 3AP (“Decision”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to or using Sowloud you agree to these terms.

1. What Sowloud does

Sowloud lets teams plan, prepare, review and publish short-form videos to social media accounts they manage, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Publishing happens only through each platform's official APIs and only to accounts that a user has connected and authorised. Every post is reviewed and approved by a user before it is published or sent to the platform.

2. Access

Sowloud is currently available by invitation only. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation whose workspace you use. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.

3. Connected accounts

You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. When you connect an account you authorise Sowloud to act on it within the permissions you grant on the platform's own consent screen. You can disconnect an account at any time in Sowloud or in the platform's settings.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You confirm that you have all the rights needed to use and publish it. You must not use Sowloud to:

  • post content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • impersonate any person, artist or organisation, or mislead people about who is behind an account;
  • create fake engagement, fake reviews or testimonials, or otherwise manipulate a platform;
  • post commercial or promotional content without the disclosures the law and the platform require;
  • break the terms, community guidelines or developer policies of TikTok, Meta, YouTube or any other platform.

AI-assisted captions are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them before publishing. Content marked as AI-generated is labelled as such where the platform supports it.

5. Platform rules and limits

Each platform sets its own limits, for example on how many posts an account can publish each day, and may change, suspend or withdraw API access at any time. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your content or accounts.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Sowloud running smoothly but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend access if these terms are broken.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by a third-party platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for Sowloud in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
